3、垂直進(jìn)口或垂直出口的泵，為了減少對(duì)泵管口的作用力，管口上方管線須設(shè)管架，其平面位置要盡量靠近管口，可以利用管廊縱梁支吊管線，所以常把泵布置在管廊下。
4、單吸泵的進(jìn)口處，吸沙泵好配置一段約3倍進(jìn)口直徑的直管。
5、對(duì)于雙吸入泵，為了避免雙向吸入水平離心泵的汽蝕，雙吸入管要對(duì)稱布置，以保證兩邊流量分配均勻。垂直管道通過(guò)彎頭直接連接，但泵的軸線一定要垂直于彎頭所在的平面。此時(shí)，進(jìn)口配管要求盡量短，彎頭接異徑管，再接進(jìn)口法蘭。在其它條件下，抽沙泵進(jìn)口前應(yīng)有不小于3倍管徑的直管段。
